Kate has Bachelors of Science degrees in Applied Exercise & Health from Purdue University and Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama. She is currently completing her 1200-hour supervised practice to become a Registered Dietitian through Bowling Green State University’s Distance Dietetic Internship program. Kate also has 7+ years of personal training experience, which has helped sharpen her ability to counsel and connect with others. Kate’s career goals as a Registered Dietitian include becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor so that she can help her clients develop an improved and positive relationship with food and their bodies.
Kate lives in Indianapolis, IN with her fiancé and their dog, Denver. In her freetime, Kate enjoys reading, practicing yoga, weightlifting, puzzling, cooking and going on backpacking trips with her little family.
