Fun Ways to Get Moving

Healthy initiatives are encouraging parents to ensure their children are getting a minimum of 60 minutes of physical activity a day, this includes going for a walk, bike ride, jumping, running, playing tag, swimming, climbing and really anything that requires them to move their body! They are also advising that children only have 2 hours or less of screen-time a day to ensure healthy development. Get your kiddos off the electronics and get them moving!
