It’s not always easy to channel positivity when life is giving you 🍋 lemons. We encourage you to set up interventions to put in place for days when your mindset gets challenged by stress, agitation, negativity or unforeseen hardship. Write out positive affirmations to read when you’re stressed or upset. Download a meditation app to listen to when you need to calm your mind. Call a friend or support and talk through your stressors or problems with a supportive person. We can’t always control outside stressors but with healthy, positive interventions you can absolutely work on controlling how you react to stressors!
